The UQ Tennis Club's 2025 Tournament Program continues with the Summer Night Series Tournaments.

Brisbane International

Brisbane Tennis players have the opportunity to see some amazing live Tennis this week as there are some really good players in town for the Brisbane International (29 December to 5 January).

The top Seeds are Aryna Sabalenka (World No.1, winner of 3 Grand Slam Tournament Singles Titles) and Novak Djokovic (World No. 7, winner of 24 Grand Slam Tournament Singles Titles).

There has been some awesome Tennis so far with lots more to come. On Tuesday, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard gave a serving masterclass in his 7-6 6-7 7-6 win over Nick Kyrgios.  On Wednesday, Kimberly Birrell (from the Gold Coast) defeated No. 2 Seed, Emma Navarro, 7-5 7-5.  Kim’s brother, Cade, won the Open Men’s Singles Title in the 2024 University of Queensland Open Championships.
